Introducing the all new . . . CELLAR SQUARE (in the park)


Gone is the big white wine-tasting tent and the herding of hundreds of tasters for those 45 minute wine tasting sessions. The $35 charge to participate for only 45 minutes is also gone! In its place, the all new and inviting Wine Tasting Garden nestled in the heart of Cellar Square. (See map.) When the 32nd annual event opens October 11th and 12th with a fresh new look.

You enter Cellar Square (gated around the park) with a $2.00 donation that is good for all day and goes to support charitable organizations. Kids 12 and under are free. Gates are located at Santa Fe and Sixth Streets, Santa Fe and Seventh Streets and Stanislaus and Seventh Streets.

Upon entering the square, taster’s can leisurely enjoy sample after sample from dozens of labels offered by some of the valleys finest vintners. Simply purchase a wine glass from one of several locations for $8, a few $2.00 tasting-tickets and you are off to enjoy the day; no need to rush! As an added bonus, every hour on the half hour expo volunteers will serve an array of tasty cheeses and appetizers to the garden guests. The Wine Garden is open both Saturday and Sunday from11:00 am. - 4:00 pm.
